Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
The service
Daizy is a vocabulary service: you save words and review them on a spaced-repetition schedule, with one account across web and mobile. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 14 years old to sign up for and use the service.
- Sign-in works by email verification (a one-time code or link), so keeping that email account secure is your responsibility.
- You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, from the More tab.
Acceptable use
Don’t access other people’s accounts, interfere with the service’s normal operation (automated bulk requests included), or use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
The words, meanings and examples you save are yours. We process them only as needed to store, sync and schedule them for you, and for nothing else. For details on personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
Free and paid features
The core features are free, with limits such as a cap on stored words. If paid features are introduced, payment is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe, and their terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Changes to the service
The service is under active development; features may be added, changed or discontinued. For changes that materially affect you, we will give reasonable notice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension and termination
Accounts that materially breach these terms may be restricted or suspended. You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
